Great Product
I have been an Ultima user for a performance range recently started using the Ultima Sport/performance range after a hard swim or gym sessions. I am able to recover in time for the next morning with a good helping of Ultima and in using Ultima I am able to fight the urge to binge on anything that lies around after such a session... like chocolates... biscuits... crisps... all the nice BAD stuff!

Ultima Performance Shake
I use Ultima Performance Sports Shake as I take part in Masters swimming events and train regularly.
